Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of professional automotive paintless dent repair (PDR) experience.
  • •Ability to execute complex PDR repairs for large dents, creased panels, and extensive hail damage, including all levels of hail damage.
  • •Knowledge and ability to remove and install vehicle parts (R&I) and understand panel access points.
  • •Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and be exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
  • •Must be at least 18 years old, have a valid driver’s license, and be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
