  • •Serve as the primary systems engineering focal point for the program and implement adherence to systems engineering processes across the lifecycle.
  • •Manage configuration and perform functional analysis, timeline analysis, trade studies, requirements allocation, and interface definition to translate customer needs into system specifications.
  • •Coordinate system engineering activities including requirements analysis, system design, integration, and testing, and conduct system-level performance and trade studies.
  • •Oversee development and maintenance of technical documentation such as system specifications, design documents, and test plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline and 5 years of relevant systems engineering experience in Electronic Warfare (EW) radar system development, including requirements decomposition, architecture definition, and integration & verification planning.
  • •Experience developing systems engineering artifacts including requirements, specifications, interface control documents (ICDs), and verification/validation (V&V) plans.
  • •Ability to support system-level technical reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR) and coordinate across multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
  • •Active and transferable U.S. government-issued Secret security clearance required prior to start date.
  • •U.S. citizenship required to be eligible for a security clearance.
