Job Summary

Drive post-acquisition stabilization and ongoing operations across a growing real estate portfolio, coordinating repairs, CapEx, cash reserves, and payments. Support onboarding and performance management of third-party property managers across multiple markets, optimize rental yield and tenant risk, and help ensure investor distributions are calculated and paid accurately. Prepare investor reporting and partner across Finance and local teams to resolve issues and build scalable playbooks and AI-enabled workflows.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure newly acquired properties are stabilized and fully operational, including insurance and utilities, and track repairs and maintenance across the portfolio.
•Coordinate necessary repairs and capital works to complete on time and on budget while monitoring asset cash balances and escalating liquidity risks to the Senior Analyst.
•Support sourcing, onboarding, and monitoring of third-party property managers across the UK, Malaysia, and US, including transitions when managers change.
•Maximize rental yield and asset performance by monitoring rent collection, occupancy, leasing velocity, and analyzing lease rolls and renewals; monitor tenant and lease-level risk.
•Partner with Finance and local teams to ensure property-level financials are accurate and on time, payments are made as required, and investor distributions are calculated and paid exactly as agreed.

Key Requirements

•2–4+ years of experience in real estate asset management, property management, real estate finance, or a related operational role.
•Strong financial acumen with comfort across property-level P&Ls, budgets, variance analysis, cash flow, reserves, and investor distributions.
•Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills to turn data into clear decisions and reporting.
•Excellent written and verbal communication, able to hold third parties accountable and produce investor-ready updates.
•Knowledge of, or passion for, ethical, values-based, Shariah-compliant investing.
