Job Summary

Drive growth across Central Healthcare by leveraging your network to establish sustainable revenue streams with key public-sector clients. Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior stakeholders, shape and convert sales opportunities using a clear go-to-market strategy, and position NTT DATA’s application development, data, AI, and IT services. Own P&L for your client portfolio and act as the escalation point to ensure delivery success and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

•Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with senior stakeholders across Central Healthcare.
•Shape and convert a pipeline of Central Healthcare sales opportunities using a clear go-to-market strategy.
•Position NTT DATA’s application development, data, AI, and other IT services aligned to healthcare strategic objectives.
•Act as the primary point of contact for escalations during service delivery to resolve issues and maintain client satisfaction.
•Manage commercial and contractual aspects and maintain full P&L responsibility for the Central Healthcare client portfolio.

Key Requirements

•Track record closing large deals in the Central Healthcare sector (DHSC/NHSE and ALBs including NHSBT, UKHSA, CQC).
•Strong commercial acumen, including negotiating high-value contracts and managing long-term client relationships.
•Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with Central Healthcare executives and decision-makers.
•Demonstrated ability to drive business growth, manage sales pipelines, and exceed financial targets in a public sector environment.
•Proven leadership experience with full P&L responsibility for portfolios exceeding £20m.
