Procurement Category Specialist

Lead procurement strategy and sourcing outcomes for chemicals, fuels, and energy-related categories supporting California operations. Partner with Operations, Engineering, HSE, IT, and site leadership to run RFI/RFQ/RFP processes, negotiate contracts, and structure index-based pricing and governance. Ensure supplier qualification and compliance, manage market intelligence and supplier risk mitigation, and deliver measurable savings while transitioning category responsibilities into the site organization. Hybrid role with at least 3 onsite days.
