Server-Punch Line Irving

Greet guests, share daily specials, and make recommendations while suggestively selling menu items, beverages, and desserts. Take orders and send them to the kitchen and/or bar via the micros terminal, confirm accuracy before serving, and deliver food and beverages to tables. Handle guest concerns with a friendly, positive attitude, maintain safety and sanitation standards, and complete opening/running/closing duties. Occasionally work scheduled special events.
