Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet guests, inform them of daily specials, and make recommendations.
  • •Suggestively sell menu items, beverages, and desserts; anticipate and respond to guest needs.
  • •Take menu, beverage, and bar orders and communicate them to the kitchen and/or bar via the micros terminal.
  • •Check orders prior to serving, deliver food and beverages to tables, and handle guest concerns or complaints.
  • •Perform opening/running/closing duties, maintain safety and sanitation standards, and occasionally support scheduled special events.

Key Requirements

  • •2-5 years high volume experience in restaurant operations.
  • •Working knowledge of high-volume restaurant operations and safe, responsible alcohol service.
  • •Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification (or equivalent) as required by state/county licensee/certification.
  • •Wine and liquor knowledge and ability to handle multiple tables efficiently with a friendly, upbeat attitude.
  • •High School Diploma.
