Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and orchestrate technical adoption planning (TAP) execution to maximize Cisco technology investment utilization.
  • •Oversee TAP execution across teams, integrating adoption plans with broader account strategies and lifecycle motions.
  • •Run adoption business reviews (usage state, blockers, market trends) and update TAPs using AI analytics to forecast needs.
  • •Provide trusted advisor support to senior customer leaders and lead customized technical enablement (executive briefings, architecture workshops, onboarding programs).
  • •Integrate telemetry and AI models, design and run complex labs to de-risk deployments, and turn field signals into product improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Fluent Japanese language proficiency.
  • •8+ years of experience (or fewer years with a Master’s/PhD).
  • •Expert-level industry certifications (e.g., CCIE) or equivalent.
  • •Drive strategic, technical adoption strategies across large, complex enterprise deployments using AI-analytics.
  • •Partner with Sales and customer leadership to co-create adoption journeys aligned to renewal and expansion goals.
