Provide an exceptional client sales and service experience at branch locations by consulting small business clients on bank products and services, including digital banking. Build and maintain a lending referral pipeline through networking, outbound calls, and presentations. Process accounts and routine transactions accurately, assist with branch lending by reviewing applications and documentation, and resolve client inquiries to support loyalty and growth.

•Provide exceptional client sales and service experience at branch locations and help support branch operations.
•Grow and maintain a consumer/business lending pipeline through referrals, outbound calls, networking, and banking presentations.
•Consult clients on bank products and services, using need-based sales techniques, and facilitate referrals to other business lines.
•Communicate with current and prospective clients, schedule and hold appointments (including walk-ins), educate clients, resolve issues, and solicit feedback.
•Open and maintain client accounts, process account changes, handle routine financial transactions, and support branch lending by accepting applications and booking loans.

•Ability to analyze client credit data and related financial information to recommend solutions and apply effective selling/cross-selling/referral skills.
