Construction Project Manager

Oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion in Coral Gables, FL, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Lead management administration, set project objectives and policies, and maintain close client interface. Plan and report project management activities across multiple educational facilities, coordinate with Capital Improvements and other stakeholders, support change orders, and review costs and schedules to meet contract requirements.
