Job Summary

Provide strategic technology vision and leadership for the Public Sector & Defence (PS&D) Industry in the UK&I, spanning pre-sales to delivery, transformation and service operations. Develop industry-specific technology strategies and roadmaps, drive growth (50% of the role), collaborate across Business Lines, sign off on industry deals, and mentor the Account CTOs and Lead Architect community while building C‑level relationships and showcasing thought leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide strategic technical leadership across the PS&D Industry, collaborating with CEPs, Cluster/Account CTOs, Sales, Client Delivery, Marketing and Partners to shape technical direction.
•Develop industry-specific technology strategies and roadmaps in partnership with CEPs and Sales to enable growth and client value.
•Partner with Industry Head to articulate a compelling future position for the Industry, including policy considerations, investment needs and desired outcomes.
•Drive industry growth by supporting Sales and Business Development with targeted opportunities through market analysis and client workshops.
•Coordinate with Business Lines to reuse assets and develop industry-specific solutions aligned to Atos standards, ensuring technical and business alignment.

Key Requirements

•A UK SC cleared individual (or one who can achieve SC)
•Recent experience (within one year) with one or more clients within the Industry
•Proven leadership in enterprise architecture and technology strategy across Industry clients
•Proficiency across multiple Business Lines with expertise in at least two (Data & AI, Cloud & Modern Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Digital Workplace, Digital Applications & Smart Platforms)
•Demonstrable ability to influence senior client and internal stakeholders (CxOs, Industry Heads, Business Line leaders)
