Work with Manufacturing & Energy customers to craft customer engagement roadmaps using the Salesforce platform. Lead discovery calls, define requirements, and build solutions that drive digital transformation across short- and long-term goals. Configure and demonstrate the “art of the possible,” present business value to executives, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and collaborate with product and enablement teams to grow solutions—while engaging multiple customer engagements concurrently in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

•Facilitate outcome-focused discovery calls to understand and define customer business requirements.
•Partner with customers to develop a Salesforce-based vision and roadmaps for short- and long-term goals.
•Configure and demonstrate solutions (“art of the possible”) and create solution presentations, demonstrations, and prototypes.
•Deliver functional and technical responses to RFPs/RFIs and authoritatively present business value to executives.
•Interface with product and enablement teams, establish point of view on solution value, and lead multiple customer engagements concurrently.

Key Requirements

•Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
•Relevant IT industry experience in pre-sales or implementation of customer engagement solutions supporting the sales cycle (e.g., CRM, Distributor Management Systems, ERPs).
•Strong experience demonstrating customer engagement solutions, understanding use cases and customer journeys, and mapping “day in the life” across lines of business.
•Ability to perform business analysis and build business cases/ROI.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills with needs analysis, positioning, business justification, and closing techniques, plus exceptional presentation and demonstration skills.
