Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the day-to-day facilities management operations of a large commercial property.
  • •Manage hard and soft FM services to deliver maintenance against contractual KPIs and SLAs.
  • •Oversee MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire and life safety systems, BMS, and preventive maintenance programmes.
  • •Manage and develop internal teams, contractors, and service providers for exceptional service delivery.
  • •Monitor operational performance, budgets, asset lifecycle, and maintenance schedules, ensuring compliance and driving continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 10 years’ facilities management experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • •Proven experience managing facilities within large shopping malls or premium retail developments is mandatory.
  • •Strong background in commercial retail environments and customer-focused facilities management.
  • •Sound knowledge of MEP systems, building maintenance, asset management, CAFM systems, and statutory compliance.
