Key Responsibilities

•Assist in the development and execution of various event marketing campaigns and create collateral (e.g., brochures, website content, social media posts).
•Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities and analyze campaign performance for improvements.
•Support the sales team in achieving revenue targets and generate leads; prepare pitches and presentations.
•Assist in building and maintaining client relationships in a professional manner.
•Contribute to logistics planning and on-site support for events, including vendor coordination and attendee registration.

Key Requirements

•Recent graduate (within the past 1 year) with a degree in Sales and Marketing, Journalism, Media, CRM, Event Management, Business Administration, Global Business or a related field.
•Passionate about the event industry with a strong desire to build a career in event project management.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
•Digital savvy and creative, with a strong understanding of digital marketing channels (e.g., social media advertising, email marketing, content marketing).
•Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
