Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the consolidated, reconciled P&L forecast by integrating inputs across StratFin, Accounting, Business Ops, Investor Relations, and more.
  • •Run and elevate the monthly/quarterly close cycle with variance analysis and executive-quality management reporting.
  • •Build and maintain GAAP and non-GAAP long-range financial models (5-year) with scenario analysis and updated assumptions.
  • •Orchestrate the end-to-end annual budgeting process with clear company-level targets and cross-functional alignment.
  • •Deliver board decks and investor/quarterly business review materials with accurate, insightful financial narratives, and grow the team to raise standards.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of experience with demonstrated financial acumen and a track record using data to drive business impact.
  • •Proven experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Strategic Finance at a high-growth or public technology company, owning consolidated financial reporting and forecasting processes.
  • •Deep understanding of GAAP financial statements and comfort operating across GAAP and non-GAAP frameworks.
  • •High proficiency in advanced Excel/Sheets and experience building and maintaining complex enterprise-grade financial models.
  • •People management experience developing high-performing Finance teams and raising the bar on analytical rigor and process discipline.
