Key Responsibilities

  • •Work under the guidance of a Mentor/Master Technician to acclimate to dealership operations and gain hands-on training.
  • •Perform repair order tasks as assigned, including maintenance, installation of accessories, and diagnosing/repairing vehicles.
  • •Learn to perform maintenance, install accessories, and diagnose/repair components.
  • •Conduct multi-point inspections (MPI) and create video summaries highlighting inspection results.
  • •Collaborate with Service Advisors to ensure smooth communication and accurate work orders.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong mechanical aptitude.
  • •Own or acquire a complete set of tools within 60 days of hire.

  • •Must be authorized to work in the USA.
  • •Preferred: Completion of an accredited Motorcycle, Marine, or Automotive program (e.g., UTI/MMI) or prior experience in a high-volume dealership or powersports service center.
