Key Responsibilities

  • •Set and own the vision for recommendations and personalization on Caper, driving engagement and monetizable surfaces.
  • •Own the system deciding what to show and when using ML-based recommendation and item ranking with real-time signals (cart location/motion, lists, search, and personalization data).
  • •Drive AI-first innovation by shipping net-new content types and leading architecture for capturing real-time in-session signals.
  • •Partner with Design to translate personalization logic into simple, natural interactions on the cart screen; iterate based on lab and partner-store observations.
  • •Run an experiment-driven roadmap and serve as product lead across the organization, aligning stakeholders and partnering through discovery to launch with clear PRDs and success criteria.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 194,000 - 204,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of product management experience or equivalent practical experience.
  • •Experience partnering with ML or data science teams to ship models into a production consumer product.
  • •Experience defining and driving engagement or relevance metrics using experimentation.
  • •Demonstrated ability to leverage data and quantitative analysis to make decisions in ambiguous environments.
  • •Track record of close partnership with UX design teams and applying strong design thinking throughout development.
