Key Responsibilities

  • •Take ownership of capital projects from concept to completion, managing scheduling to meet safety, food safety, environmental, time, and budget requirements.
  • •Develop and implement preventive/predictive maintenance systems and TPM to maximize task completion and minimize downtime.
  • •Lead and manage the maintenance team by delegating tasks, enforcing policies, and guiding work assignments while maintaining safety and compliance.
  • •Troubleshoot and conduct problem analysis for equipment failures, delivering short-term fixes and long-term solutions to reduce recurring issues.
  • •Develop and track KPIs for maintenance performance, including equipment reliability and overall equipment effectiveness.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field plus 8+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent).
  • •2+ years of demonstrated experience managing/developing teams or leading projects.
  • •Advanced technical skills in mechanical/electrical fields (e.g., PLCs and instrumentation) in a large manufacturing environment.
  • •Thorough knowledge of maintenance systems, work order processes, preventive/predictive maintenance, and TPM.
  • •Ability to use exposure monitoring equipment and interpret/communicate results; proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
