Job Summary

Provide on-site and remote client support by diagnosing hardware, software, and networking issues. Install, upgrade, and maintain computers and peripherals, troubleshoot connection problems, and recommend software or hardware upgrades. Support and manage LAN/Voice/Video services, including VoIP and SIP, while performing network remediation. Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to deploy and maintain routers/switches and telecommunications equipment.

Key Responsibilities

•Respond to client support requests and gather the nature of problems by contacting clients.
•Travel to client locations or connect via remote links to perform troubleshooting.
•Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and resolve networking and connection problems.
•Install, upgrade, and maintain hardware, computer peripherals, operating systems, and computer software.
•Provide network technical support for complex incidents and manage LAN/Voice/Video services (including VoIP, QoS/CoS, SBCs, TDM, and SIP) using specified telecom equipment.
