Job Summary

Analyze historical sales and customer demand to produce monthly and quarterly demand forecasts in coordination with Sales and business teams. Own inventory monitoring across RM, PM, FG, and trading items, tracking slow/non-moving and excess inventory while optimizing safety stock and replenishment. Prepare MIS reports on forecast accuracy, stock coverage, and consumption trends, support S&OP activities, and maintain accurate ERP/SAP master data.

•BE/Btech/MBA qualification.
•4–6 years of experience in planning, with weightage for demand planning and analytical skills.
•Good understanding of demand planning and inventory management concepts.
•Knowledge of forecasting techniques and inventory control.
•Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and ERP/SAP systems.
