Job Summary

Lead end-to-end analytics engagements for clients, using large-scale transaction and customer data to drive portfolio performance, improve customer lifecycle outcomes, and optimize campaign effectiveness. Build and validate statistical and machine learning models (propensity, segmentation, forecasting, uplift), ensure data quality and QA, and translate results for non-technical stakeholders. Support deployment, monitoring, and recalibration in production environments, and create executive-ready dashboards and materials.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct deep-dive analysis on large-scale transactions and customer data to generate actionable business insights.
•Build, validate, and interpret statistical and machine learning models (e.g., propensity, segmentation, forecasting, uplift).
•Execute the end-to-end analytics workflow including problem framing, data exploration, feature engineering, modeling, and validation.
•Ensure analytical rigor with data quality checks and QA on deliverables, translating outputs into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
•Support deployment of data science models into production, contribute to monitoring and recalibration, and deliver executive-ready dashboards and presentations.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
•6+ years of hands-on experience in data science, analytics, and feature engineering.
•Experience delivering analytics projects end-to-end in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
•Experience supporting or owning deployment of AI/ML models in real-world business contexts (production or pilot).
•Strong proficiency in Python and data platforms (Hadoop, Hive, Impala, or cloud-based equivalents).
