Key Responsibilities

  • •Help develop new memory products by supporting circuit build, layout, optimization, and validation of memory, logic, and analog circuits.
  • •Perform physical design activities including parasitic modeling, floor-planning, placement, routing, reticle experiments, and design verification using simulation tools.
  • •Collaborate with design, verification, product engineering, test, and process integration teams to improve manufacturability, quality, and product performance.
  • •Engage with CAD, modeling, standards, and verification teams to improve design methodologies and overall design quality.
  • •Develop AI-assisted software tools and use AI to enhance design workflows, automation, engineering productivity, and design quality.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
  • •Continuing academic studies through at least Fall 2027 and not graduating before Fall 2027.
  • •Coursework or projects in areas such as digital design, analog design, semiconductor devices, VLSI, or computer architecture.
  • •Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills; able to work independently and in a team environment.
  • •Experience preparing and presenting technical findings via reports, presentations, or project evaluations.
