Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet customers and monitor the ticket counter area for compliance with safety policies and procedures.
  • •Assist with self-service kiosk check-in and kiosk baggage processing, including printing boarding passes/receipts and servicing kiosk machines.
  • •Troubleshoot kiosk technology issues and coordinate with IT when additional servicing is required.
  • •Verify carry-on baggage compliance and clear travel documents for international travelers using the Timatic database available in the kiosk.
  • •Help with checked baggage processing, including self-tagging/activation and physical movement/assistance for special needs customers, unaccompanied minors, and gate information.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED (or international equivalent) and must be 18+ years old.
