Key Responsibilities

  • •Own recurring business reporting cadences and deliver on-time, high-quality reporting for leadership reviews, performance reporting, and operational planning.
  • •Perform first-pass data checks to identify meaningful trends, anomalies, and open questions so reporting includes insight.
  • •Drive analyses of Technical Services business processes, service performance, pricing models, and deal structures; communicate actionable insights to support growth and scaling.
  • •Partner with Finance for recurring financial, forecast, and capacity-related analysis and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • •Partner with Analytics and data teams to ensure data is ingested, cleaned, configured, and documented consistently; design and build dashboards for stakeholder self-serve needs.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of hands-on analytics and business reporting experience (or 3+ years with an MBA or equivalent).
  • •Clean, transform, and blend data programmatically using Python and/or SQL.
  • •Strong understanding of sales and services processes in SaaS/subscription businesses and applying analytics to performance questions.
  • •Experience reporting on Salesforce data and presenting to senior/executive leadership.
  • •Create automated dashboards for stakeholder self-service (Tableau) and communicate data stories to non-technical audiences.
