Job Summary

Partner with Customer Service and Product Operations leaders to shape strategy and build robust data infrastructure. Use best-in-class analytics to deliver actionable insights, including source-of-truth reporting, metrics, and dashboards. Develop tools to analyze workflows and user sentiment, measure adoption and engagement, and ensure consistent data definitions across teams. Maintain SQL-based analysis, identify drivers via statistical methods, and design experiments (A/B testing) to improve service performance and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with leaders in Customer Service and Product Operations to conduct in-depth quantitative analyses that guide strategic decisions.
•Build and maintain reports, models, metrics, and visualizations to provide insight into user experiences and operational performance.
•Develop and maintain source-of-truth infrastructure to ensure consistent, accurate, and scalable reporting across operations teams.
•Work with Ops and Finance teams to measure the impact of Service and Product Operations initiatives.
•Maintain SQL queries and dashboards and run experiments to test hypotheses, improve workflows, and optimize strategies.

Key Requirements

•BA/BS degree, preferably in Economics, Statistics, Math, or Computer Science.
•Passion for using data to drive business impact in an operational environment, including A/B experiments and causal analysis.
•Experience analyzing user experience and operational data (product and survey), preferably in a technology or marketplace company.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills to write content and explain results to internal and external audiences.
•Strong SQL skills for large datasets and proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) plus familiarity with R or Python.
