Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project resource-loaded schedules for multiple project phases as part of the project team.
  • •Coordinate with project engineering and operations resources weekly and monthly to maintain accurate scheduling dates across short- and long-term horizons.
  • •Convert contractor manpower estimates into executable plans/schedules and develop schedules with relevant work groups and planners.
  • •Provide regular manpower/resourcing load reports to project engineering leadership for workforce staffing and planning.
  • •Monitor forecast vs. actual spending and evaluate schedule progress/performance, communicating issues as they arise, while following HSSE policies and safe work habits.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of relevant scheduling experience, including building resource-loaded schedules.
  • •Applied experience in capital project scheduling, preferably for chemical or refining facilities.
  • •Proficiency with Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project scheduling systems.
  • •Experience using Microsoft Office products.
  • •Ability to build schedules using work breakdown structures, construction packages, scheduling logic, and critical paths.
