Key Responsibilities

  • •Align to a specific industry or product area to build domain and technical expertise and support incoming technical requests via established support channels.
  • •Deliver planned enhancements and technical improvements aligned with team priorities and V2MOM objectives.
  • •Review and address assigned GitHub pull requests and technical requests within service-level expectations.
  • •Communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders through established team channels and workflows.
  • •Build reusable utilities and automation to reduce manual effort, prevent common errors, and improve the reliability of demo deployments and experiences.

Key Requirements

  • •4-6 years experience building solutions on the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, SOQL, and Flows.
  • •Hands-on Salesforce platform development experience, including building on Salesforce products such as Agentforce, Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CRM Analytics.
  • •Good-to-have experience with Git/GitHub workflows and tooling such as SFDX, Cumulus CI, and CLI.
  • •Must have Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Admin, App Builder, and Platform Developer – 1.
  • •Experience using AI-powered developer tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) to improve productivity, problem-solving, code quality, and automation.
