Middle School Literacy Coach

Coach teachers in effective middle-school literacy practices for Volunteer State Virtual Academy, researching and providing instructional guidance, resource materials, and coaching sessions. Coordinate pilots of instructional materials and software implementations, monitor student progress through K12 interactive lessons and assessments, and support reading intervention initiatives for grades K–5. Use performance data to improve instructional strategies while maintaining confidentiality and supporting staff professional development.
