Counter Sales Associate

Serve as a counter, phone, and email point of contact for plumbing and HVAC contractor customers. Apply product expertise to recommend solutions, drive sales through upsell and cross-sell, and accurately locate parts using catalogs, computer systems, and manufacturer databases. Process transactions, manage special orders and back-orders, maintain an organized counter environment, support inventory activities, and follow safety regulations while collaborating with Outside Sales Associates.
