Key Requirements

  • •Completed degree in economics, insurance, or a comparable qualification.
  • •First professional experience analyzing and preparing data in insurance, ideally in motor (Kfz) insurance.
  • •Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical thinking, pattern recognition, and clear structuring of complex insights.
  • •Ideally experience with Power BI or similar reporting/visualization tools; first knowledge of SQL, Python, or other programming is a plus.
  • •Strong conceptual thinking, quick comprehension, and a structured, independent working style in agile environments; fluent German and English communication.
