Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide proactive support to the Operational Risk Management team across all matters.
  • •Support the business in managing operational risk incidents and losses.
  • •Assist with identifying and assessing key operational risk exposures in line with the ORM Framework and related standards.
  • •Help manage issues and timely implementation of actions, including updating and monitoring operational risk data in the Group platform.
  • •Support ORM program implementation for RCSA, KRIs, incident management, and issues & actions management, and assist with regular reporting on operational risk profiles and exposures.

Key Requirements

  • •Support Operational Risk Management activities and be eager to learn and be tested in different areas.
  • •Relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; no specific work experience is required.
  • •Strong analytical ability, including qualitative analysis, with attention to detail.
  • •Excellent English communication skills and the ability to collaborate with co-workers and business stakeholders.
  • •Proficiency with computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
