Store Operations Supervisor - Roodepoort

Supervise and run a dark store’s day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment. Oversee the end-to-end order flow from receiving through dispatch, manage stock activities including counts, inventory check-in, and disposal, and ensure effective cash management. Lead and motivate shift-based dark store teams, handle shift scheduling, and report to the Operations Manager on key metrics and staff performance.
