Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate Lean/SPS transformation at the facility by removing waste and improving throughput to build the future state value stream map.
  • •Support initiatives integrating Lean/SPS using CI tools such as kaizen events, 5S, Six Sigma, standard work, mistake proofing, and OEE.
  • •Contribute to facility productivity, inventory, quality, throughput, space, and safety objectives.
  • •Support 5S implementation, training, audits, and sustaining gains from kaizen events.
  • •Take safe, proactive action by following safety rules and correcting/reporting hazards, and care for equipment to prevent breakdowns and defects using Lean initiatives (e.g., 5S, TPM).
