Key Responsibilities

  • •Own equipment reliability and manufacturing excellence metrics (availability, OEE, MTBF/MTTR, cost of ownership) and drive equipment stability and readiness.
  • •Deliver daily manufacturing support by managing excursion response, chronic issues, tool bottlenecks, and capacity/throughput performance.
  • •Lead quality and risk management through root cause analysis, corrective actions, risk identification/mitigation, and audit/quality system compliance.
  • •Manage equipment maintenance budgets and pursue cost reduction opportunities, including spare part optimization and improved labor productivity.
  • •Lead equipment installation/startup activities, technology transfers and new node qualifications, upgrades, and introduce automation/new technologies; recruit, coach, and develop talent.

Key Requirements

  • •Semiconductor manufacturing experience with strong Equipment Engineering experience.
  • •People leadership experience, including recruiting, coaching, and developing teams.
  • •Equipment reliability/TPM background and ability to improve equipment performance metrics.
  • •Project management capability for equipment installation/startup, upgrades, and technology transfers.
  • •Advanced problem-solving skills, including statistical analysis for root cause and corrective actions.
