Key Responsibilities

  • •Build a thriving pod culture by creating an inclusive, positive, and safe environment where students enjoy learning and socializing.
  • •Facilitate daily enrichment activities and encourage student voice and collaboration.
  • •Support students in developing essential life skills, like communication, problem-solving, and empathy.
  • •Guide academic growth by understanding each student’s program, strengths, and needs; provide on-demand academic help and executive functioning support.
  • •Partner with families to provide weekly updates and insights, and build trust through proactive, professional communication.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree.
  • •At least 4 years of teaching experience.
  • •Experience working with students with neurodiversities.
  • •Experience supporting executive functioning and neurodiverse learners.
  • •Excellent communication and collaboration with families; ability to work in a dynamic startup environment.
