Job Summary

As a KaiPod Learning Coach, you'll create a safe, inclusive learning pod for 10–12 students, tailor online curricula, and guide academic growth and life skills through daily enrichment, family partnerships, and community events. You’ll balance mentoring, executive functioning support, and hands-on activities, helping neurodiverse learners thrive in a structured in-person setting while collaborating with families and KaiPod teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Build a thriving pod culture by creating an inclusive, positive, and safe environment where students enjoy learning and socializing.
•Facilitate daily enrichment activities and encourage student voice and collaboration.
•Support students in developing essential life skills, like communication, problem-solving, and empathy.
•Guide academic growth by understanding each student’s program, strengths, and needs; provide on-demand academic help and executive functioning support.
•Partner with families to provide weekly updates and insights, and build trust through proactive, professional communication.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree.
•At least 4 years of teaching experience.
•Experience working with students with neurodiversities.
•Experience supporting executive functioning and neurodiverse learners.
•Excellent communication and collaboration with families; ability to work in a dynamic startup environment.
