Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and support project success criteria across time, cost, quality, and performance.
  • •Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and progress reporting.
  • •Monitor project finances and align with budget targets with the quantity surveyor team; manage change control and documentation.
  • •Lead and facilitate cross-functional project teams and coordinate communications across stakeholders.
  • •Act as key client/consultant point of contact and ensure compliance with quality, safety, health, and environmental standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • •10+ years of construction project management experience.
  • •Preferred experience in data centers/mission critical facilities, semiconductor/fab projects, hospitals, or large-scale construction.
  • •Strong knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) works.
  • •Proven track record managing projects through construction, commissioning, and handover; fluency in English.
