Key Responsibilities

•Utilize technical expertise to participate in discussions with customers during the sales process about the technical aspects of the products being offered.
•Study product features, benefits, use cases, and competitive advantages to build a solid understanding of specific products or areas within the organization.
•Assist in conducting product demonstrations by setting up demos, explaining key features, and addressing technical questions during the demonstration.
•Support more experienced pre-sales consultants or sales teams in presentations by preparing materials, contributing technical insights, and explaining technical features to potential clients.
•Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical knowledge, presentation skills, and understanding of the sales process.

Key Requirements

•Four-year degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline or demonstrated competence.
•Typically 0-2 years of work experience in technical selling, consultative selling, account management, or related field.
•Knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure; API and cloud computing concepts; SaaS and enterprise software.
•Demonstration and presentation skills with ability to explain technical features clearly.
•Ability to document technical specifications and customer interactions; understanding of the sales process and lead qualification.
