Key Responsibilities

  • •Detail vehicles by washing, cleaning the interior, and performing exterior buffing.
  • •Move vehicles between departments within Carvana Inspection Centers as a Lot Attendant.
  • •Capture vehicle photos for customer visibility using the photobooth process.
  • •Inspect vehicle interior and exterior and accurately identify imperfections/defects.
  • •Follow safety procedures while working in a production environment, including readiness for mandatory overtime based on business needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license (some positions may be subject to an MVR check).

  • •Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment, sometimes exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
  • •Use safety equipment (e.g., face shield/goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments/equipment).
  • •Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
