•Work with CRM tools to manage audiences, data, and campaign setups
•Analyze campaign performance and track KPIs such as open rate, CTR, and revenue contribution

Key Requirements

•At least 3 years of professional experience in CRM, E‑Mail marketing, or digital marketing
•Strong understanding of CRM KPIs and campaign performance metrics
•Hands-on experience with CRM systems, email service providers, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
•Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
•Basic knowledge of HTML for email creation is a plus
