Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and ship production-quality services aligned to technology standards and governance.
  • •Engineer and operationalize prompts for production LLM use cases (instruction following, structured output, classification, summarization, code generation, reasoning) and manage prompt libraries/versioning.
  • •Drive agentic AI and LLM integrations, including autonomous/multi-agent pipelines, tool-use workflows, planning loops, memory-augmented reasoning, and production reliability via observability and guardrails.
  • •Provide local engineering leadership for engineering pods in Fincrime Investigations, setting direction, priorities, and delivery standards with functional/entity management responsibilities.
  • •Partner with Product and agile delivery leads to manage discovery, scope, success measures, dependencies, reporting, and delivery rhythms across time zones; mentor colleagues through reviews and knowledge sharing.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong proficiency in Java / Spring Boot to build REST APIs and event-driven services with security and performance optimization.
  • •Solid React development skills and experience integrating with APIs.
  • •Experience with PostgreSQL and Redis, plus messaging/streaming platforms such as Kafka (or equivalents).
  • •Hands-on prompt engineering experience for production LLM applications, including tokenization, context limits, and model behavior across providers.
  • •Experience with Kubernetes and CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Jenkins) plus infrastructure as code (Terraform) and cloud platforms (AWS, AliCloud, GCP, or Azure).
