Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently manage projects, supervise quality of other fire protection plans, and train the AECOM team
  • •Advise object/fachplaners on the planning and execution of fire protection details
  • •Ensure compliance with contractual deliverables and the project budget within the discipline
  • •Lead a project team within the discipline
  • •Create fire protection reports, statements, fire protection certificates and concepts up to detailed planning

Key Requirements

  • •Abgeschlossenes Studium im Fachbereich Architektur oder Bauingenieurwesen
  • •Zertifizierung oder Weiterbildung im Brandschutzbereich
  • •Mindestens 8 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Objektplanung mit Schwerpunkt im Brandschutz
  • •Sehr gute Kenntnisse des Baurechts und der Brandschutzregularien (Landesbauordnungen, Sonderbauvorschriften etc.)
