Job Summary

Manage the development and execution of natural gas facility projects, including high-pressure transmission pipelines, compression, meter stations, and storage. Define scopes and cost estimates, lead cross-functional teams of internal and external engineers, and direct project controls. Ensure safety, reliability, environmental and human impact mitigation, maintain compliance documentation, deliver updates to sponsors and agencies, and provide monthly cash flow forecasts.

•Define project scopes and cost estimates.
•Provide leadership and direction to project teams, including internal and external service providers.
•Create and direct controls for assigned projects and maintain required project documentation for compliance.
•Prepare presentations and communicate project status to upper management, governmental agencies, and/or the public.
•Manage projects to meet schedule, budget, safety, reliability, environmental and quality goals, including providing monthly cash flow forecasts.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (or experience in lieu of degree) from an accredited institution.
•Coursework in Mechanical, Civil, or Chemical Engineering is preferred.
•3+ years of natural gas pipeline/facilities experience and understanding of upstream, midstream, and downstream projects.
•Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
•Experience developing, implementing, and managing operating budgets; strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
