Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare rack elevation and support new device installation in the data center.
  • •Ensure rack/stack governance and manage power and cable connectivity for server/network equipment.
  • •Perform hardware uptime and hardware failure trend analysis and maintain hardware/device inventory management.
  • •Coordinate with vendors/OEMs for network/server equipment and fiber cabling for tech rooms.
  • •Handle device movement, redeployment, EOL asset disposal, and manage tickets/SLA, including LTO tape backup and restore.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an authorized university.
  • •Minimum 2-3 years of experience for L1 or 3-5 years for L2.
  • •Good written and verbal communication skills.

  • •Knowledge of ticketing tools (preferably ServiceNow) and willingness to work rotational 24*7 shifts.
