Key Responsibilities

  • •Improve performance, availability, and scalability of large distributed content delivery systems using Internet technologies.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and establish measurable Service Level Indicators and Objectives.
  • •Monitor platform availability and performance, analyze data to debug issues, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • •Develop and implement automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency and reduce repetitive tasks.
