Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain budgets and forecasts by tracking actual and committed costs for subcontractors/vendors and updating forecasts using earned value and project progress inputs.
  • •Prepare regular cost reports and monthly project performance reports, including analysis of cost impact, performance trends, and estimate-to-complete.
  • •Assist project setup and execution by establishing project budgets from proposal estimates and developing work breakdown structures with project personnel.
  • •Coordinate invoicing and contract administration activities, including reviewing client invoices for accuracy, establishing invoice schedules, and monitoring unbilled/aged AR and end-date estimates.
  • •Support procurement and subcontract administration: establish purchase orders/subcontracts, monitor spending vs commitments and budgets, complete payment paperwork, and liaise with subcontractors.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS plus 4 years of related experience in project controls or demonstrated equivalency.
  • •Ability to effectively lead the project controls function across small and large projects and a portfolio of projects and project managers.
  • •Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • •Demonstrated ability to review performance trends, prepare analysis and cost impact, and produce monthly project performance reports.
  • •US Citizenship is required for this role.
