Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all aspects of event productions, including pre-production logistics, vendor selection, hiring, onsite execution, and post-event wrap-up.
  • •Create production timelines and ensure teams keep to schedule.
  • •Develop operational process and documentation, and coordinate across internal stakeholders to drive alignment and delivery.
  • •Manage multiple productions and help scale Fever Original IPs against team targets, including managing budgets.
  • •Research new vendors, technologies, and venues; secure permits and handle administrative tasks such as expenses, invoicing, and contracts.
