Job Summary

Detail-oriented Accountant to join the Finance & Accounting team, supporting accounts payable, general ledger, and month-end close. You’ll work cross-functionally with Product and Marketing, manage vendor relationships, optimize processes, and help ensure timely, accurate financial reporting in a high-growth SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage full-cycle accounts payable processing through Ramp, including vendor bill entry, approvals, payments, and payment forecasting.
•Maintain AP aging and ensure timely payment of vendor invoices; maintain vendor records and respond to AP inquiries.
•Prepare month-end journal entries and reconcile prepaid expenses, accruals, and other assigned month-end entries.
•Partner with Product Management to support capitalization of software development activities and with Marketing to track events spend; support accounting policies and documentation.
•Support external audits and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve accounting inquiries and improve processes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 70,000 - 88,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
•2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a SaaS or high-growth technology environment.
•Experience with Ramp as an AP system and NetSuite for accounting.
