Propulsion Controls Engineer, Motor / Power Electronics

Design and implement control algorithms for electric propulsion systems that power Archer’s eVTOL aircraft. Develop and optimize resonant converter control for efficiency and reliability, integrate and validate power electronics (DC-DC converters), and run simulations and hardware-in-the-loop testing to meet aerospace performance standards. Collaborate across electrical, mechanical, and software teams to troubleshoot and improve propulsion control performance, while documenting designs and supporting prototype integration and flight testing.
