Key Responsibilities

  • •Assign tasks, monitor progress, provide guidance, and train staff; identify training needs and organize training programs.
  • •Maintain and respond to unplanned downtime or breakdowns; troubleshoot equipment and system problems to identify root causes.
  • •Plan and execute maintenance activities for non-routine issues and coordinate shutdown/major maintenance activities.
  • •Perform maintenance and fabrication work, including mechanical/electronic equipment changes, wiring/electric motor repairs, welding, and lockout/tagout in accordance with safety procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment or industrial maintenance as a multi-skilled technician.

  • •PLC experience is highly desired.
  • •Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically throughout the day.
