•Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and onboarding.
•Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee and candidate records in personnel files and the applicant tracking system.
•Oversee office facilities and day-to-day workplace operations, including equipment, supplies, maintenance, and vendor coordination.
•Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.
•Support payroll administration and maintain accurate payroll records; prior payroll experience is preferred.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 60,000 - 70,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
•Approximately 1-2 years of recruiting, Human Resources, or administrative experience.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
•Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
