Key Responsibilities

  • •Iterate and optimize multimodal prompts for real-time review of clips and lives, balancing recall and precision.
  • •Design and maintain AI judges that automatically evaluate visual content quality, from product photos to live broadcasts.
  • •Manage the prompt lifecycle as code using versioning, A/B testing, gradual rollout, and rollback without interrupting production.
  • •Build performance metrics and evaluation pipelines using curated datasets to measure the impact of prompt or model changes.
  • •Design inference components and services with clear contracts between modules to ensure maintainability, testability, and scalability.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in Data Science or Machine Learning with at least one end-to-end project in production.
  • •Strong prompt engineering for multimodal models, including evaluation and systematic optimization strategies.
  • •Proficiency in ML-oriented Python with frameworks such as HuggingFace Transformers, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
  • •Experience with LLM ops, including model evaluation, prompt versioning, degradation detection, and A/B testing.
  • •Advanced command of SQL and BigQuery to build training datasets and analyze performance at scale.
